Ibn Rochd: Digital Library
Ibn Rushd is a digital library developed by King Abdul Aziz Al Saud Foundation for Islamic and Human Sciences. It provides users of the Foundation website with an open access to a database consisting of more than 764420 pages of manuscripts and printed documents. It consists of digital books (Foundation publications), journals, manuscripts, Moroccan lithography, and historical archive collection, as well as an important collection of old postcards of the Franco-Spanish protectorate.
The project of digitizing the old collections of the library started in 2007 with an aim to develop an online library that can offer to the public an open access to the Foundation patrimony, such as manuscripts and royalty-free prints.
