Reading in « the book and me » by Tarif Khalid, presented by r Abdelahed Sebti, professor at University Mohamed V in Rabat

This is a friendly relationship with books. It started by deciphering letters in Palestine, to studying in Britain and America, and finally settling down in Beirut. It is presented by a university professor with a whims of history.

This book embrace, for most parts, what might be called « young Arab intelligent guide to his intellectual and scientific heritage ». It is a passionate and insightful reading full of riot and criticism of the most prominent figures in Arab science and ideology, hardly ever met with that way of distillation and clarity.

Abdelahed Sebti, researcher and professor at the faculty of letters and human sciences in Rabat, worked on cultural and social history topics and published several books:
