Rajaa Ben Salama, Tunisian researcher, holds a PhD in Arab language, literature and civilization with a theses entitled تعبيرات العشق والقلق في الحضارة العربية

[love and writing: reading in the heritage ]. She studied psychoanalysis in Tunisia and France and worked as a psychoanalyst. She is a member of Espace analytique, [psychoanalytic space], which is an association of psychanalytic training and Freudian Research in France. She worked as a professor of higher education. She is also a founding member of the liberties declaration association in France and the Tunisian Cultural Association for the Defence of Secularism and the League of Arab rationalists. She is currently the director general of the National Library of Tunisia.
