The participation of King Abdul Aziz Foundation in Beirut book fair

Beirut book fair is an occasion for the Foundation to acquire publications from the Lebanese book market distinguished by its religious, intellectual and cultural diversity. It is worth to mention that the Lebanese libraries are an essential resource for the creation of classical documentary collections, such as periodicals from the renaissance era or Arabic translations in human and social sciences in general, which bloomed especially in the Levant and in the Arab Mashreq.
The participation of the Foundation at Beirut book fair was an opportunity to acquire around 1069 titles of books and periodicals, including 322 books translated into Arabic in the field of human and social sciences, in addition to 77 edited classical books, and 71 issues of 19 journals.
